Métisse
feature in Madonna Movie
Métisse have just written a track called
"Boom Boom Ba" for the new John
Schlesinger movie The Next Best Thing, starring
Madonna, Rupert Everrett, and Benjamin Bratt. The
movie is scheduled for release in the U.K. on
June 23rd. The Soundtrack Album which features
"Boom Boom Ba", along with Madonna's
new single "American Pie", as well as
tracks from Christina Aguilera, Moby, Olive, Beth
Orton, and others, debuted at number One in the
Billboard Soundtrack Albums Chart.

Head Over Heals
Métisse has been asked to provide music for the
new Holywood film Head Over Heals, starring
Monica Potter and Freddy Prince Junior

on Essential Soundtrack Album
Métisse is also the only group chosen to
represent The next best thing on the superb
Essential Sountrack Album.
Therapy
for Métisse
Aďda and Skully have finished working on the
score for the new underground dance film Therapy.
The film is due for release in October 2000.

Music Awards Nominations
Métisse have been nominated in two categories in
The HotPress Rock Awards Ireland's premier music
awards. Alongside their "Best New Band"
nomination they've also been tipped for
"Best Dance Track"

The FreqNasty remix of the Métisse song
"Sousoundé" is featured on the just
released compilation album Y3K. The album has
already been voted album of the month by
Ministry, Mixmag, Muzik, DJ, Flipside, M8, Wax,
and Knowledge.
